Background
Hot summer is approaching, it’s important to stay cool and avoid heatstroke. OSHC and the Labour Department launched the “Cooling Products Sponsorship Scheme”, which subsidies the SMEs and unions with a higher risk of heatstroke. In addition to “Portable Fan“, we extended the subsidized scheme to “Solar Fan” (Sold Out). OSHC will also subsidize “Cooling Vest” (Sold Out). The application deadline is on 16 August 2024(Friday), and limited quantities are available on a first-come, first-served basis!

1. How long does the application take?
With correct information and documents submitted, you will receive the approval and payment notification within two weeks. After receiving your payment record slip, a redemption notice will be issued. Please note that all notices or information will be sent to the applicant’s email provided during the application.
2. What documents need to be submitted for the application?
Please upload the following documents in the online application form above:
- Commercial entity: “Business Registration Certificate” (with at least 2 months of validity)
- Charitable organisations /trust groups: “Charitable Organizations/Trust Groups Registration Certificate”
- Owner corporations: “Mandatory Provident Fund Record Proof”
- Union: Certificate of Registration
3. How can I make payment?
Applicants can pay the fee in one of the following ways upon receipt of the approval and payment notice issued by the OSHC:
- Via online banking deposit (need to submit the payment record)
- Via “FPS” deposit (need to submit the payment record)
- Via ATM deposit / Cheque deposit (need to submit the payment record)
